And if you don’t have any presets to use, fill in this form and download my preset for free!

Here I show you an example of a photo to which I applied my free preset!

Amazing isn’t it? It gives a vintage look to the photo!

But without futher ado , let’s start with the tutorial!

STEP 1)

Download and Unzip the files

The presets could be compressed into a ZIP file. (If not go to step 2)
Download the ZIP file on your laptop desktop and double-click to unzip it.
That should create a folder of the same name with the xmp. files inside.

Note: If on a PC right clicking does not offer “extract files”, then you may need to download an external program to unzip. I recommend trying WinRar, a free unzipping program.

STEP 2)

Open the folder and copy the files.

Open the folder you just created on your desktop.
Then copy all the xmp. files.

STEP 3)

Open Lightroom

On a PC, go into Lightroom and click on Edit at the top (next to File), then click on Preferences.

STEP 4)

Import the Presets

There will be a new screen that pulls up and there will be several tabs at the top, click on Presets (the second tab.)

Then click on the box titled Show Lightroom Develop Presets.

Double click on Settings.
Paste the folder from your download that holds the xmp. files into this folder.

Now you will have to close Lightroom and restart it.

STEP 5)

Apply the presets

Import the image on which you want to apply the preset by clicking on File and then Import Photos.

Once the photo is uploaded, click on Develop.

On the left bar, click on the Presets section and select the one you want to apply to the photo.

Note: If you want to reset the filter, simply click on Reset.

When you’re done. to save the photo go to File and select Export.

You’re done! Simply isn’t it?
